My name is David, I’m an illustrator and designer. I graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 2017, and have been illustrating since. I was a student at Type West 2023 for type design, and I’m currently responsible as the art director at Kit Records– a London based record label.
My work have been recognized by 3x3, American Illustration, The Noguchi Museum, World Illustration Awards, and Society of Illustrators. My clients include New York Times, New Yorker, Boston Globe, Chobani, Quartz, Vox, Citi Bank, AARP, Hyundai, AngelList, Die Zeit, Curbed, The Verge, LA Times, Culture Trip, Bandcamp and many more.
I grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and spends most of my time in three places close to my heart: New York, London, and the Bay Area. When I’m not illustrating, I enjoy taking the train to try out restaurants, having a nice roast at the pub, learning new languages intensively, and searching for random historical facts on wikipedia.
